Ingredients
- 2 - 8 ounce cans garbanzo beans
- 2 T tahini
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 6 T olive oil
- 2 tsp cumin

Drain and rinse the beans. Puree in a blender with the tahini, lemon juice, and garlic. Add olive oil slowly until the hummus is thick and creamy. Add cumin to taste.
