Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Margarine
  • Chopped onion
  • Thyme
  • Parsley
  • 2 - 4 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • Cooked Rice

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Rice. Cut Chicken into strips. Roll in flour. Melt margarine in frying pan. Add Chicken. Brown until cooked through. Remove from pan. Add onion, thyme and parsley to pan. Saute. Add Soup and heat. Pour 1/2 over cooked rice and stir. Layer chicken on top of rice. Pour remaining sauce over top of chicken. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes
