Brownies, Mom Wilkes

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter melted
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup walnuts ( optional)
• Incredible Icing
• 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
• 2/3 cup cocoa
• 1 cup icing sugar
• 2 Tbsp hot coffee
• 2 Tbsp. milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Put in buttered 9x12 pan, or better still 2 round pans (the ones with cake remover are good) at 350 for 30 minutes Incredible Icing ½ cup butter (room temperature) 2/3 cup cocoa 1 cup icing sugar 2 Tbsp hot coffee 2 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla
