Italian-style Tuna

Ingredients

  • Thick tuna steak
  • Fajita seasoning
  • Olive oil/butter
  • Minced shallot
  • Minced garlic
  • Rough chopped kalamata olives
  • Sea salt (smoked)
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Rough chopped basil

Preparation

Step 1

Sear tuna in olive oil (and butter?). Remove to a plate. Sautee shallots and garlic. Add tomatoes and sea salt and simmer. Add tuna and olives and warm. Top with fresh basil and serve.
