Ingredients
- Thick tuna steak
- Fajita seasoning
- Olive oil/butter
- Minced shallot
- Minced garlic
- Rough chopped kalamata olives
- Sea salt (smoked)
- Crushed tomatoes
- Rough chopped basil
Preparation
Step 1
Sear tuna in olive oil (and butter?). Remove to a plate. Sautee shallots and garlic. Add tomatoes and sea salt and simmer. Add tuna and olives and warm. Top with fresh basil and serve.
