Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c. flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 c. grated carrots
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 1/2 c. oil
• 1 tsp. soda
• 2 c. sugar
• 3/4 c. walnuts choped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well pour into greased 9x13 in. pan. Bake at 350 for 45 min

Frosting
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
t Tbs. milk
1 Tbs. Vanilla
2 1/2 c. powder sugar
