Directions

Place corn and water in large nonstick skillet. Cover; simmer over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until corn is tender. Drain liquid. Add Parkay and flour to corn; stir to coat. Stir in milk and mustard. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Stir in salt and pepper. -
