Microwave Manicotti

This doesn't seem like it should work, but it does. Super easy. This was given out at a tupperware party I attended.

Ingredients

Spaghetti Sauce
1 box Manicotti tube shells
Ricotti cheese
Parmesan cheese
Mozerrella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Pour 1/2 c to 1 c spaghetti sauce in bottom of microwave safe pan.
Mix cheese filling using recipe on box of noodles.
Stuff uncooked Tube shells with cheese filling.
Lay in spaghetti sauce. Pour spaghetti sauce over top. Sprinkle with 1/2 c mozarella cheese. Refrigerate for 24 hours in tighly sealed container. Vent the pan and cook 5 - 6 minutes on high. Can add pre-cooked hamburger to the spaghetti sauce if you like meat in it.
