Ingredients
- 3/4 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c. frozen peas
- 1/3 c. cubed cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. diced pimentos
- 1 tsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt

Step 1
Cook macaroni according to package directions, adding peas during the last two minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse in cold water.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir in macaroni and peas. chill until serving.
