- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds

Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl; add eggs and sour cream and mix just until moistened. Fold in raisins; spread batter evenly in 2 greased 8”x4” loaf pans. Sprinkle loaves with caraway seeds; bake at 325°F for one hour.
