Ingredients
- THICKEN WITH:
- 1 Lb. lean meat -Pork, Beef or Chicken
- 1 onion-diced
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1 can sliced mushrooms - drained
- 1/2 cup green peppers-cut into strips
- 1 can been sprouts
- 2 cups water
- salt & pepper
- 2 Tbs corn starch
- 1 Tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tsp sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Steam meat, add onion fry, then add celery, peppers, mushrooms & water.
Simmer until celery is soft.
Add been sprouts, then thicken, until the desired consistency.
