Swiss Cheese Dip

Appetizer. Serve with pita triangles, crackers or Tostitos.

Ingredients

• 1 (8oz) cream cheese
• 1/3 cup of Miracle Whip (do NOT use regular mayo)
• 4 oz. shredded swiss cheese
• 2 Tblsp. green onion, sliced
• 8-10 slices bacon crumbled
• 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese by microwave on high for 40 seconds.

Mix together the cream cheese, Miracle Whip, Swiss cheese and green onion.

When blended, put into casserole, combine cracker crumbs and bacon...

Microwave and serve HOT
