Appetizers: Helen Shirley's Chicken Liver Pate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb chicken livers
  • 2 hard cooked eggs
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T cream
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/8 t celery salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut livers in small pieces and cook in butter in skillet until slightly brown
Put livers and eggs through food chopper with fine blade
Add remaining ingredients
Mix until smooth
