Quick & Crispy Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. French Fried Onions
  • 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 c. cooked elbow macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. diced fully cooked ham
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place onions in a large resealable plastic bag. Crush with hands or with rolling pin.
Combine soup and milk in a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish. Stir in pasta, cheese, ham and peas. Top with crushed onions. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through
