Ingredients
- Chipotle Dipping Sauce:
- 6 T. mayonnaise
- 4 tsp. lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 1 T. chopped chipotle chili en adobo (with sauce)
- 4 T. chopped curly parsley
- 3/4 tsp. ground cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor. Whirl till everything is smooth and well combined.
Chill before serving. Keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 weeks (and probably longer, but it's usually gone by then!)
