Broccoli Crowns partially cooked
can Cream soup - I use celery but you can use mushroom or chicken
can Old English Cheddar Cheese
Egg (I do not use)
onion sliced thin
About 1½ cups juliened carrots
Italian Bread Crumbs
Spray a 13X9 casserole dish w/cooking spray. Break broccoli into bite size pieces & microwave 2-3 minutes and place in pan. Sauté carrots & onions until softened and place on top of broccoli. Heat milk, soup & mayo and top vegetables. Heat jar of cheese in microwave (remove top) or in pan of water until liquid. Pour over vegetable mix and top w/seasoned bread crumbs. Dot w/butter and bake 350° until bubbly. I put under broiler for a few minutes to brown the top.
