Ingredients

  • salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3-4 lbs chicken

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt over garlic and roughly chop. Using flat side of knife, crush into a paste. Add to a large bowl, with 1/4 tsp pepper, paprika, coriander, vinegar and oil, and mix well. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat.
Arrange chicken in single layer on baking sheet and bake until crisp, 30-35 minutes.
