Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lbs. round steak
- 2 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
- 2 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 oz.)
- 1 soup can of water
Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat and cut steak into 5 or 6 serving size pieces.
Place in Crockery Pot.
Add dry onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup.
Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours.
NOTE: This make lots of gravy. If you want less gravy use 1 package of onion soup mix, 1 can of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup of water.
