Ingredients
- 1 cup of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of ground dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons of sugar (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- red hot pepper sauce to taste
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
- 2-3 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl combine:
Dijon mustard, dry mustard, sugar, white wine vinegar and red hot pepper sauce.
Whisk in olive oil and heavy whipping cream.
Stir in two to three tablespoons of chopped fresh dill if desired.
