Ingredients
- Beef Steak (Round or Sirloin)
- 3 - 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Can Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 - 4 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 - 1 Cup Sour Cream
- Egg Noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Cut Beef into thin strips. Brown on high heat until cooked through. Add Garlic and Mushrooms. Stir in desired amount of Soup. Add Sour Cream. Serve over cooked noodles.
