Creamy hash brown potatoes

  • 1 bag of hash brown potatoes (2 lbs)
  • 1/2 stick of margarine
  • 1 can of any cream soup (prefer cream of celery)
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese



Step 1

Place hash browns in 13x9 pan and pour melted 1/2 stick of butter on them. Add soup, sour cream, and cheese - mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
