Ingredients

  • 3/4 pounds Deli Ham, Sliced Medium (thin Enough To Wrap, But Thick Enough To Really Taste)
  • 1 container (12 Oz. Size) Whipped Cream Cheese (makes It Easier To Spread, But Regular Works Fine As Well, Softened)
  • 1 can (about 14 Oz. Size) Hearts Of Palm

Preparation

Step 1

Preparation

Spread cream cheese on the circle (or oval) of ham, thickly. Place one heart of palm (they are log-shaped) on the ham. Roll up. Cut off end pieces and give to whatever mooch is standing over your shoulder. Then slice the roll (a serrated knife works best) into 1-inch (or whatever suits your fancy) slices. Place on a plate and refrigerate. Repeat until done with the can of hearts of palm.

Note: the amount of ham always changes due to thickness of cut, how thick the hearts of palm are, etc. It’s an estimate-type-of-thing!
