Ingredients

  • Fully Cooked Ham
  • Glaze Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 Tbl cornstarch or flour
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 1 8 1/2 oz crushed pinapple
  • 2 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1 Tbl mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook ham at 325 degrees for 1/2 hr per pound. Add a little water to the bottom of the roasting pan.

2. Add glaze and bake for 1/2 hour at 325 degrees

Glaze instructions:

1. Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in a pan. Sir in pineapples with syrup and lemon juice and mustard.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil for 1 minute then spread over ham.

2. Cover ham with glaze & bake 1/2 hr at 325 degrees.
