OMG Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 (5.2oz) cubes of Boursin cream cheese
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan. Set aside

In a large saucepan, heat cream, Boursin and cream cheese until melted over medium-low heat. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Mix in cooked pasta, coating well. Pour mixture into prepared 9x13-inch pan. Top with cheddar jack cheese. Bake at 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
