Pumpkin-Cheesecake Bread

• ! pkg. (15.4) Quick nut bread mix like Pillsbury
• 1 can pumpkin puree (14.5 oz.)
• 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
• 1 pkg. (8oz.) white-chocolate cream cheese spread or cream cheese like Philadelphia, at room temp.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, stir together quick bread mix, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice until blended. Transfer 3/4 of the batter to a 8 1/2 x 4 x 2 1/2 loaf pan. Drop dollops of cream cheese spread or cubes of cream cheese on batter. Spread remaining batter on top. Bake 40 min. or until done. Let cool; slice.
