Appetizers: Betty Lefevers Fondue

Ingredients

  • 4-5 slices toasted, buttered, cubed bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • Dry mustard to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place bread in a greased casserole
Beat and add the egg, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce
Add cheese
Pour all over bread
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees

May add grated onion, cubed ham or bacon bits
