Amigo Pie (Charlie Armstrong)

Ingredients

• 2 deep dish pie crusts
• 1 lb beef (sauteed)
• 2 chicken breast (boiled and chopped)
• 1 onion chopped
• 6 oz. mushrooms chopped
• Chili mix seasoning
• 6 oz tomato paste
• 1 lg can black olives pitted chopped
• 1 1/2 lb cheddar cheese grated

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together 1 pint sour cream, tomato paste, can of water & 1/2 package sour cream with all other ingredients. Place in pie crusts
Cook at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes Sprinkle with cheese.
