In another bowl, sift together flour and salt, then pour it and the oil into the bowl with the yeast mixture. With a wooden spoon, mix until no longer wet, then turn it out on a lightly floured board and knead until smooth. Cover with a towel and let rest 5 minutes. Roll the dough into a circle and transfer to hot pizza stone. Add desired toppings and cook for 15 minutes. Cool pizza for a few minutes before diving in.
