Apple Cinnamon Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 center cut pork chops
- 2 Red Delicious Apples
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tsp. minced thyme
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs. dried cranberries
- pinch of cinnamon
- 2 pkgs. (8.8 oz. each) rice blend
- 1/2 cup peas (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
In skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, cook pork chops 6 min. or until done, turning once. Remove, set aside. Add next 3 ingredients to skillet. Cook 3min. or until tender. Add next 4 ingredients to pan. Cook 2 min.
Add rice blends and peas. Cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Return pork chops and accumulated juices to pan. Heat 2 min. Serve immediately.
