Oxtail Soup (Chinese Style)

Ingredients

  • $38 beef bones
  • 600 g frozen oxtail
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 very large potato (2 fist size)
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Peppercorn (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Blanched beef bones and boil in water for 2 hours
Skim scum and oil from surface
Add vegetables and oxtail and bring to boil on high heat
Turn low heat and simmer for another 1-2 hours
