Ingredients
- $38 beef bones
- 600 g frozen oxtail
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 very large potato (2 fist size)
- Carrot
- Onion
- Peppercorn (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Blanched beef bones and boil in water for 2 hours
Skim scum and oil from surface
Add vegetables and oxtail and bring to boil on high heat
Turn low heat and simmer for another 1-2 hours
