Mexican beef Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 # hamburger
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 can corn drained
• 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
• 1 pkg taco seasoning
• 8-12 corn tortillas
• 3/4 coup sour cream
• 1/3 texmex blend shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*
Brown hamburger and onions and drain
Add corn, beans, tomatoes and taco seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes
Spray baking dish.
Place 1/2 of tortillas in bottom, top with 1/2 of hamburger mix top with sour cream and then more tortillas
cook in oven for 25 minutes-
sprinkle with cheese and cook another 5 minutes.
