Ricotta cookies

• 1 stick butter
• 1/4 cup ricotta
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

1 preheat oven 350*
2 soften butter & blend with ricotta until creamy add vanilla and mix well
3 add sugar and eggs mix well slowly stir in dry ingredients and blend well
4 drop from spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet (optional - top each with a walnut half)
5 bake 10 min or until golden on bottom
