Ingredients
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
- 3 cups pecan halves

Step 1
Preheat oven to 175 F.
Mix brown sugar, flour and salt in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl, beat egg white until foamy; slowly beat in sugar mixture. Fold in pecans. Transfer pecans to a parchment-lined baking pan. Spread in a single layer. Bake about 1 1/2 hours. Cool completely. Break pecans apart.
