Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Drain and cut artichoke hearts and mix with above ingredients.

Put in oven proof dish and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. (Not as long in convection oven)

Can be served with frozen Pillsbury bread, cut into pieces.

Marinated artichoke hearts may be used for more flavor.
