Brandy Milk Punch Milkshake

After sampling the ice cream version of a Brandy Milk Punch at Mr. B’s Bistro in New Orleans, Mary Raybould, one of our very special guests, recreated this treat for us.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- Dash grated nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Place brandy, vanilla, milk and ice cream in blender; pulse until smooth.
Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with nutmeg.
Chef's Tip: To scoop ice cream more easily, microwave on 30% power in 30-second increments until softened. For the holidays, try eggnog ice cream instead of vanilla in this recipe.
