Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1-1/2 t. basil
- 3/4 t. onion salt
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1 medium jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce
- red wine
- fennel seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together the ground beef, eggs and next four ingredients and form into meatballs. Place meatballs in a crock pot and pour sauce over the top. Add red wine to taste and a sprinkling of fennel seeds.
Cook on low in crock pot for approximately 5 hours.
Serve over spaghetti.
