  • 4 medium baking potatoes (about 1-1/4 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut each potato into 12 wedges; place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Turn; bake 25-30 minutes longer or until crisp. Yield: 4 servings.
