Ingredients
- Approximate:
- For every 1 lb of lean ground beef
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- sm can of Tomato Paste
- 1 Onion
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat & onion (add seasoning to taste).
2. Cook on med heat for approx. 10 minutes
3. Lower fire to low/warm for about 2 hours.
