BUFFET CASSEROLE

  • 1 package Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 6-1/2 oz tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 3-oz can mushrooms, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare dinner as directed, except use ¾ cup milk. Saute onion in butter until tender. Add to prepared dinner with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Variations: Add 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed and drained, and ½ tsp Italian seasoning.
