Crockpot Mexican Beef and Beans

Ingredients

  • 6 Corn or Flour Tortillas, in pieces
  • 1 can (15 ounce) Ranch-style Beans or Pinto Beans
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes (with juice)
  • 1 lb Beef or Turkey, browned with Chili Powder and Garlic Powder to taste, then drained.
  • 8 ounces Velveeta Cheese, cubed or shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Place ingredients in slow cooker in order given.

Cook 3 to 4 hours on low.
