Whipped Cranberry Dip

Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) jellied cranberry sauce
- 3/4 (175 ml) cup drained prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) whipping cream
- 2 tbsp (25 ml) port wine (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, beat cranberry sauce until smooth; blend in horseradish. In separate bowl, beat cream until firm; fold into cranberry mixture. Stir in port (if using). Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Stir before spooning into serving dish (mixture may separate). Makes about 3 1/2 cups (875 ml).
