Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups white granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon all spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
- 3/4 cups chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, beat oil and sugar until well mixed.
2. Add eggs, vanilla and milk and beat well.
3. In a large bowl sieve together all the dry ingredients and gradually add to wet ingredients. My apologies, for some reason I didn't take a photo of this stage?
4. Stir in shredded zucchini.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour if using a bundt or tube pan.
Bake in a 325°F oven for around 45 minutes if using a 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake in a 350°F oven for around 25 to 30 minutes if you are making muffins.
