- Hearts of Palm
- Thin Asparagus al dente- 1 1/2" pieces diagnol
- Good virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Secret. Snap it off and rinse off and put in paper towel, and wrap as much as you can like a deli sandwhich. Run under water and squeeze excess water. Put in microwave 3 minutes, for thin, 3.25 for thick.
Unwrap immediately, cool and then slice.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper, and toss with lemon.
