French Toast Bake

Ingredients

  • Mix:
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 1/4 Tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • Cook in sauce pan 5 minutes.
  • Pour into 9x13 inch pan
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight.
  • In am:
  • drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over bread.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top
  • Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
