Blintz Souffle

Ingredients

• 12 frozen blintzes
• 6 eggs
• 6 Tbs butter melted
• 1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 cu sugar
• 1/4 cup orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

arrange blintzes in 13x9" baking dish
mix all other ingredients and pour over blintzes
bake 350 for 45 min or until no longer liquid
