Ingredients
- 6 oz light cream cheese, softened
- ~1/3 cup light mayo
- 3/4 can of artichokes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Italian Cheese Blend, shredded
- Parmesan Cheese
- dash of hot sauce
- salt
- Pita Chips
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients, reserve some cheese to melt on top.
Bake at 350 for about 15 -20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Serve with Pita Chips
