Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 6 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • ~1/3 cup light mayo
  • 3/4 can of artichokes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Italian Cheese Blend, shredded
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • dash of hot sauce
  • salt
  • Pita Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients, reserve some cheese to melt on top.

Bake at 350 for about 15 -20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Serve with Pita Chips
