Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 apple peeled and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Combine 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, cinn. and salt. Cut in butter until fine crumbs. Stir in apple. In a small bowl beat cream and eggs with a wisk. Stir into flour, mix until dough forms. On floured surface divide dough in half. Press into 6 inch circle and cut into 6 wedges. Put on baking sheet. Brush with 1 teaspoon cream and top with sugar. Bake 12 min or until golden brown.
