Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn - drained
- 1 can shoe peg corn - drained
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbl. margarine
- 1 small (8oz) sour cream
- 1 Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1
Melt margarine in casserole, add eggs, sour cream, and salt. Stir in muffin mix and corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until golden brown.
