cups uncooked wide egg noodles (8 oz.)
cups Green Giant Select frozen broccoli florets
jars (5 oz. each) sharp process cheese spread
cup coarsely crushed bite-sized square cheese crackers
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Spray a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cook noodles as directed on the package, adding broccoli for last 2 minutes of cooking time. Drain noodles and broccoli in a colander. 3. In same saucepan, stir cheese spread, milk and pepper until smooth. Stir in noodles and broccoli. Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with crushed crackers. 4. Bake, uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and top is golden brown. Note: Instead of broccoli florets, try a combo of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
