Ingredients
- 2 tilapia fillets (or other white fish)
- juice and zest of a lemon
- salt and pepper
- 1 T. dil
- 2 t. onion powder
- 2 t. garlic powder
- Lemon Dill Sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup low fat or fat free mayo
- juice and zest of half of a lemon
- 1/4 t. dill
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place tilapia fillet (or other white fish) on a piece of foil sprayed with cooking spray. Season with juice and zest of a lemon, salt, pepper, dill, onion powder, garlic powder. Slice lemon pieces and place on top of the fish. Seal foil to keep steam inside.
Bake at 375 F for about 15 - 20 minutes. If frozen cook about 35 - 40 minutes.
Lemon Dill Sauce: mix all ingredients and serve with fish.
