teaspoon vinilla extracr
cups all- purpose flour
teaspoon baking soda
(3-½ oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
teaspoons baking powder
cup chopped black walnuts (optional)
Preheat the oven to 325. Grease two 9x5- inch loaf pans and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over them. Combine the oil, sugar, vinilla, eggs, salt, and cinamon in large bowl. Add the flour, milk, baking soda, pudding mix, baking powder, and walnuts, if desired. Mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans and sprinkle and leftover cinnamon sugar on top. Bake for 1 hr.
